Beginner level

This is an introductory reformer class, where you will learn all the basics. Whether it’s your first few classes, or you just need a refresher, this is for you. This class primarily focuses on core strength, posture alignment and building self-awareness.

Reformer Core

Intermidiate level

If you are confident using the reformer, and ready to progress from Reformer Core, this class is for you. You will be working through a wide range of movements to tone + strengthen the full body, improve your balance and test your limits.

Reformer Flow

Advanced level

If you’re ready to level up, then we recommend joining us for Reformer Fit. As the name suggests, this class is designed to make you sweat. You can expect high energy, a lot more reps and fitness-inspired movements in this class.
